For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

Do I need to make a booking?
We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and date. You can fill out our online enquiry form or call us on 1800 ENOSIS to book your appointment. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability only.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Can I make an after hours appointment?
Yes. We require 24 hours notice when requesting an afterhours appointment. 6-9 Monday to Friday | 11-3 Saturday
What time should i arrive at Enosis Medi-spa & Wellness Centre?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment starts. Slow down to spa pace and relax whilst sipping some organic Enosis herbal tea as you fill in your client card. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. 24 hours notice of any cancellation is kindly required or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to all treatments and packages 1 hour or over, including group bookings.
Will I need to fill out any forms on my first appointment?
We ask you to fill in a client card so that any health or medical concerns can be taken into account before your treatment.
Are there any age restrictions and can I bring my children?
We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by a parent. As Enosis is a relaxing, adult-orientated atmosphere, we ask that minors who are not receiving a treatment be left in the care of family or friends so that everyone can get the most out of their spa experience.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
We recommend you leave your valuables at home as all treatments are conducted jewelry-free. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
What should I wear during a body treatment?
We request that bathers or underwear be worn for all body and wet treatments. To ensure your privacy during your body treatment, your therapist keeps your entire body draped only revealing the portion that is being massaged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa, Bankcard, American Express and Eftpos. We have Provider numbers for most large Health Providers, so we recommend you check if your selected treatment or service is part of your extras.
Can I get a senior's discount?
We provide all Victorian Seniors Card holders and Carer Card holders with a 10% discount on all Services and Purchases.
Do you sell gift certifcates?
We have Enosis Gift Cards to suit any budget. Gift Cards are not refundable, however they are transferable. Gift Cards DO have an expiry date.
Are your products organic?
We have incorporated a range of natural and organic products which are cruelty-free and free of parabens, formaldehyde, sodium laurel sulphate, and propylene glycol.
Do you have a returns policy?
We will reimburse you for any product purchased which is faulty or in a damaged conditioned.
Do you have disability access to the premises?
Yes, we have disability access to our premises.
Do you charge for a skin consultation?
We offer a free consultation for most of our treatments, giving you the chance to meet us and discuss the best treatment option for you. At Enosis Media-Spa, with our experienced staff in skincare advice and diagnosis, we pride ourselves on being able to give expert advice and product recommendations to suit your needs.
